On March 13, 1974, about 400 Khmer Communist under the command of Chum and Ta Yoeung travelled in 6 trucks, crossing provincal road #45, towards the northern part of Lvea village at VT 716-548 and then set up shelters in Tbeng village at 739-543 and 778-544, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួនប្រហែល ៤០០នាក់ ក្រោមមេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ជុំ និងតាយឿង បានធ្វើ ចលនាតាមរថយន្ដកាំមីញ៉ុងចំនួន៦គ្រឿង បើកបរតាមផ្លូវខេត្ដលេខ ៤៥ ដោយឆ្លងកាត់ផ្លូវជាតិរួចតម្រង់ឆ្ពោះទៅទិសខាងជើង ម្ដុំភូមិល្វា ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧១៦-៥៤៨ រួចទើបមកតាំងជម្រកនៅភូមិត្បែង ត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៣៩-៥៤៣, ៧៧៨-៥៤៤ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
