Pall Chhoeun, 21 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the sake of the national armed forces in Thma Eth region, Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhnang province. He was responsible for persuading the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to reported themselves to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាល់ ឈឿន អាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់ថ្មអិដ្ឋ ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ នឹងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីនឹងមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
