Meas Say, 35 years old, Khmer, was allowed to serve for sake of national armed forces in region 32, Samrong district, Kampong Speu province. He was responsible for persuading the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ មាស សាយ អាយុ៣៥ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់លេខ៣២ ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីនឹងរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
