Thak Ham, 44 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the sake of the national armed forces in Koh Seh region, Kep district, Kampont province. He was appointed to be a the national agent, and sponsible for convincing the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ថាក ហម អាយុ៤៤ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់កោះសេះកែប ខេត្ដកំពត ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមដើម្បីរួបរួមជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
