Chao Seng, 67 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the sake of the Ministry in Koh Tauch region, Kampot district, Kampot province. He was responsible for persuading the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to join the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ចៅ សេង អាយុ៦៧ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់កោះតូច ស្រុកកំពត ខេត្ដកំពត ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
