Chann Saran, 19 years old, served in Khmer Army on August 1, 1972. But on July 13, 1974 he defected to military authority of Battalion 412 in Svay Rieng sub-military region. On July 13, 1974 after being interogated, he was sent to education center in Svay Rieng province.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ សារ៉ាន អាយុ ១៩ឆ្នាំ បានចូលបម្រើនៅក្នុងកងទ័ព ខ្មែរនៅថ្ងៃ១-សីហា-១៩៧២ ប៉ុន្ដែកាលពីថ្ងៃ១៣-កក្កដា-១៩៧៤ បានចូលមករួបរួមនឹងអាជា្ញធរយោធានៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៤១២ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង។ ក្រោយពីសាកសួររួចត្រូវបានបញ្ជូន ឈ្មោះនេះឱ្យទៅកាន់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង នៅថ្ងៃ១៣-កក្កដា-១៩៧៤។
