Prakk Kan, 31 years old, Khmer, was permitted to work for the sake of the Ministry in Ruom region, Kampong Cham district, Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for convincing the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to reported themselves to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ កន អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់រួមស្រុក ក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីមករួបរួម ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
