កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន អាយុ២៣ឆ្នាំ បានភ្ញាក់រឮកចូលមកសារភាព នៅប៉ុសិ៍្ដទាហានខាងជើង ថ្នល់ទទឹង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៦៤២-៧២៧ នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ១៣៨ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងកំពង់សឺ្ព។
