On May 17, 1974 at 9, lieutenent Seng Chin Kea, 2nd office of sub-military by headquarter in Kampong Cham, interrogated a Khmer communist, Sann Yok, soldier of company 5, battalion 88 in Koh Kul, region 31. Sann Yok came to join the national authority in high commanding headquarter of sub-military of Kampong Cham province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៩ អនុសេនាីយ៍ទោ សេង ជិនគា ការិយាល័យទី២ នៃសេនាធិការផ្នែកសឹករងកំពង់ចាម បាន សារសួរ ចម្លើយខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សាន់ យោក ជាយុទ្ធជននៅ ក្នុងកងអនុសេនាធំទី ៥នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូចទី៨៨ ប្រចាំការនៅ កោះគល់តំបន់ ៣១ បានចូលមករួបរួមជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិនៃ បន្ទាយសេនាឧត្ដមបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានអមផ្នែក សឹករងកំពង់ចាម។
