On January 1, 1974, Chin Chan, 25 years old, member of Angriculture department managed to escaped from enemy region and defected to national military authorities in Battalion 678, at the East of provincial town of Prey Veng.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ជិន ចន អាយុ២៥ឆ្នាំ ធើ្វជាសមាជិកកសិកម្មបានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកចុះចូលជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរ យើងនៅខាងកើតក្រុងព្រៃវែង កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៦៧៨។
