On March 17, 1974 Thoeng Phol, 21 years old, managed to escape from enemy region and
reported to military authorities in Infantry Brigade 13. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ឆឹង ផុល អាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកចុះចូលជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរយើង នៅកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើងលេខ១៣។
