On March 25, 1974, a Khmer communist, Kong Phatt, surrendered to serve the society in Battalion 614. He served in a order unit of Prasout district as a deputy chief of messanger of K-3 and a man, Prum Chun, deputy chief of 22-K2 of Battalion of Prasout district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ មីនា ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ គង់ ផាត់ បានសុំចុះចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញជាមួយ កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៦១៤។ ជនភ្ញាក់រឮកនេះបម្រើក្នុងទ័ពរៀបរយ ស្រុកប្រសូត្រក្នុងឋានៈជាអនុប្រធាននាំសារប្រចាំគ៣ និងអ្នកមកជាមួយឈ្មោះ ព្រុំ ជន ជាអនុប្រធាន២២-គ២ វរៈសេនាតូចស្រុកប្រសូត្រ។
