Khmer Communist assigned Tuy, 25 years old, to be a chief of cadres of Prey Kry sub-district which its headquarters based in Prey Kry sub-district, Kampong Leng district. The enemy had 3 yellow machine boats parking in the river about 100 m from the headquarters. The committee was composed of Ta Van, 50 years old, political teacher from Special military region, Sar, 20 years old, deputy chief, Chan, 20 year olds, member and 20 ohter militiaman.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដតែងតាំងឈ្មោះ ទុយ អាយុ២៥ឆ្នាំ ជាប្រធានគណៈ កម្មាភិបាលឃុំព្រៃគ្រី ដែលមានទីស្នាក់ការនៅស្រុកព្រៃគ្រី ស្រុក កំពង់លែង។ ខ្មាំងមានកាណូតពណ៌លឿង៣គ្រឿងចតក្នុងទនេ្លចម្ងាយ ប្រហែល១០០ម៉ែត្រពីទីស្នាក់ការ។ សមាជិកគណៈកម្មការនេះមាន ៈ តាវ៉ាន់ អាយុ៥០ឆ្នាំ ជាគ្រូនយោបាយមកពីតំបន់យោធាភាគ ពិសេស, សរ អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ ជាអនុប្រធាន និងចាន់ អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ ជាសមាជិកព្រមទាំងកងឈ្លប២០នាក់ទៀត។
