On April 26, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Pen Sa Bann, 33 years old, returned to national community by reporting to military authorities in Battalion 409. And 7 people including Pen, Suoch, Laom, Sich, Yang, Han and Kim also came with him.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន សាបាន់ អាយុ៣៣ឆ្នាំ បានភ្ញាក់រឮកចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ វិញនៅអាជ្ញាធរយោធាកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៤០៩ ហើយមានអ្នកមក ជាមួយចំនួន៧នាក់គឺ ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន, សួច, ឡោម, ស៊ិច, យ៉ង់, ហាន និង គីម។
