On May 16, 1970, Theng Touch, living in Hann Chey sub-district, Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham province, voluntarily served the National Army as a corparal trainee of Military Police.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ ថេង ទូច នៅឃុំ ហាន់ជ័យ ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលបម្រើ ក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រីតម្រួត យោធា។
