The Khmer citizens who made mistakes with the Khmer Communist movement in Kampong Svay district were sent to the prison in Pich Nich village, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province by Khmer Communist. The prison contained 3 house with one court hall. The were 15 prisoners under the control of 7 Khmer Communist soldiers armed with carabine guns and 40 M1 guns in this prison. 20 Khmer Communist under the command of Ret were nominated to work in the court hall.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានបញ្ជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ដែលមាន កំហុសចំពោះចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងនៅភូមិពិចនិច ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ មន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងនេះមានផ្ទះ៣ខ្នង ពិសេសមានសាលាកាត់ក្ដីមួយទៀតផង។ ផ្ទះទាំង៣នោះស្ថិតនៅភូមិ ពិចនិច មានអ្នកទោស១៥នាក់ ដែលមានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ៧នាក់ ត្រួត ត្រាដោយអាវុធការ៉ាប៊ីន៤០អ៊ឹមអង់។ ផ្ទះទី២នៅភូមិពិចនិច មាន អ្នកទោស១០នាក់ និងខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ៥នាក់ត្រួតត្រា។ ឯកសារកាត់ ក្ដីស្ថិតនៅមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងនោះដែលមានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ២០នាក់ធ្វើការ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ រ៉េត។
