On May 16, 1970, Meas Praseth, who lived in Kampong Thom sub-district, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province, volutarily joined the KhNational Army as a corporal trainee of Military Police.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ មាស ប្រាសិទ្ធ រស់នៅឃុំកំពង់ធំ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ មានឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រី តម្រួតយោធា។
