ឈ្មោះ ឡុង ព្រឿង បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពល ខេមរជាតិ (តម្រួតយោធា) ក្នុងឋានៈជាពលបាលត្រីតម្រួតយោធា ដោយចុះកិច្ចសន្យារយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ គិតចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ នេះតទៅ។
