600 Khmer Communist soldiers armed with B40 guns, B41 guns and 60 mm mortars under the command of Sy Nuon in Battalion C17, C18 and C103 deployed in Rom Lech, Beung Babos, Bakk Mek and Kaong Kang village, Pursat province. They ordered villagers to prepare rice and salt to support their force who were. They attempting to destroy the National Armed Force bases in Svay At and a long the National road #5 and fire shells at Pursat provincial defense line in shortly there after.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន៦០០នាក់ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូច គ.៧ និង គ.៨ ព្រមទាំងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១០៣ រួមនិងកងចល័តជាច្រើន ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធបេ៤០, បេ៤១ កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៦០មម ក្រោមបញ្ជា ឈ្មោះស៊ីនួន បានចូលមករាយគ្នានៅរំលេច បាក់មែក បឹងបបុស និងនៅភូមិកោងកាង។ ខ្មាំងបានបញ្ជាអ្នកស្រុករៀបចំបាយត្រៀម លាយអំបិលដើម្បីផ្ដល់កងទ័ពកំពុងប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅតំបន់នោះ ដើម្បី វាយទីតាំងទ័ពជាតិនៅស្វាយអាត់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥ និងបាញ់ផ្លោងមក លើខ្សែក្រវ៉ាត់ការពារក្រុងពោធិ៍សាត់ ខាងមុខនេះ។
