កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On April 11, 1974, Tep Kim San, 25 years old, Khmer, born in Kandal village, Banteay Dek sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province, was interrogated by major Sin Boramy and corporal Yim Son. He confessed that on February 1973, after the enemies attacked National Army in Banteay Dek village, he was forcibly gathered and evacuated from Banteay Dek village to Kroch village and appointed to be a villager guard and food stuffs transporting man in Chrang Totoeng village.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ លោកវរៈសេនីយ៍ត្រី ស៊ីន បូរ៉ាមី និងពលបាលត្រី យឹម សុន បានសួរចម្លើយ ទេព គិមសាន អាយុ២៥ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិកណ្ដាល ឃុំបន្ទាយដែក ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ឈ្មោះនេះបាននិយាយថាខ្លួនត្រូវខ្មាំងកៀរយកទៅ នៅខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅពេលខ្មាំងវាយបន្ទាយដែក ក្រោយមក ទៅនៅភូមិក្រូច ពួកខ្មាំងឱ្យធ្វើជាអ្នកយាមភូមិ និងជួយដឹកស្បៀង ទៅភូមិច្រាំងទទឹង។
