Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Hakk Ven, a militiaman in Kok Daung village Trey Nhor sub-district Pouk district in February 1974, he was assigned to learn military strategy in Peak Sneng village UA 79-01, Peak Sneng commune, Banteay Srey district, Siem Reap province. The training conducted by comrade Phat. In April 1974, he was sent to Unit 422 ,Region 35 which is on guard in Serey village at UV 748-814. On June 12, 1974, he defected to National Army bringing a long one Chinese PM gun because he could no longer bear pressure by Khmer Rouge.
