Phoeng Yoeun, 21 years old, Khmer, born in An Daung village, Kampong Preah sub-district, Sangke district, Battambang province, a chief of sub-district 1 in district 41, Region 4 defected to the national authority and brought along two hand grenades in Kampong Preah sub-district office, Sangke district, Battambang province. On May 12, 1974, the confession document of Phoeng Yoeun, was sent to Kampong Preah sub-district office in Sangke district, Battambang province.
