On October 19, 1974, Loen Duk, 22 years old, Khmer, born in Prakeap village, Cheang Tong sub-district, Tram Kak district, Takeo province, who used to be a Khmer Communist soldier in 50, Platoon 1, Regiment 20, Battalion 104, Region 13, defected to the National Army at VT 716-159, in Sek Chum village, Battalion 619, bringing along one Carabine No.3514934 and one magazine.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ លឹន ឌុក អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិប្រគាប ឃុំជាងទង ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ខេត្ដតាកែវ មានមុខងារជាយុទ្ធជនកងហាទី១ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាធំលេខ២០ កងវរៈសេនាតូច១០៤ តំបន់១៣ បានរត់ចេញពីខ្មាំងមកចុះចូល នៅភូមិសេកជុំ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧១៦-១៥៩ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូច លេខ៦១៩ ប្រចាំការនៅវត្ដអំពិលស្អាង ដែលនាំមកជាមួយនូវ កាំភ្លើងការ៉ាប៊ីន មួយដើម លេខ៣៥១៤៩៣៤ ព្រមទាំងគ្រាប់មួយ បង់មកជាមួយផង។
