Khmer Communist built a 15 m wide and 7 m narrow-hospital with palm leaf wall and zinc roof on a hill in Kraol Ko village at VT858-930, Mok Kampoul district, Phnom Del. This hospital had 20 stuffs, 12 males and 8 females under the responsibility of Phaly and there were also 30 communist Khmer militia guarded here.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យនៅលីដីទួលមួយមានបណ្ដោយ១៥ម ទទឹង៧ម ជញ្ជាំងធ្វើអំពីស្លឹកត្នោត ប្រក់ស័ង្គសី ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិ គ្រោលគោ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៥៨-៩៣០ ក្នុងស្រុកមុខកំពូល«ភ្នំដិល»។ នៅក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យនេះ មានបុគ្គលិកធ្វើការចំនួន២០នាក់ គឺប្រុស ១២នាក់ ស្រី៨នាក់ ក្រោមការត្រួតពិនិត្យរបស់ឈ្មោះ ផល្លី ពិសេសមានកងឈ្លបខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួនប្រហែល៣០នាក់ នៅយាម ការពារទៀតផង។
