On June 29, 1974, a Khmer communist Keo Sam Un, came to defected to the military authority of Battalion 412 of sub-military in Svay Rieng province at VT 930-290. He was a political chief of investigative Company K-9 in Region 23.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ កែវ សំអុន បានចូលមកសារភាពនឹងអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៃកងវរៈសេនា តូចលេខ៤១២ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង ត្រង់ចំនុចវ៉េតេ ៩៣០-២៩០។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនេះមានមុខងារជាប្រធាននយោបាយ ប្រចាំកងអនុសេនាធំ គ-៩ សេុីបការណ៍ក្នុងតំបន់២៣។
