On June 14, 1974, a Khmer communist, Meas Nauy, came to defected to authority of Khchor village. He lived in Prey Totoeng village.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ មាស ណូយ បានចុះចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ ភូមិខ្ជរ។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកនេះនៅភូមិព្រៃទទឹង។
