On May 05, 1974, a Khmer communist, Pen Sakhoeun, came to defected to the authority of Sa Sar Sdam sub-distric, Puok district, Siem Reap province. He brought along with a gun of M-44. He escaped from the enemy region in Chambak Sa village, Trei Nhor sub-district, Puok district, Siem Reap province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន សាឃឿន បានចុះចូលសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរឃុំ សសរស្ដុម្ភ ស្រុកពួក ខេត្ដសៀមរាប ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវ អាវុធអ៊ឹម៤៤ មួយដើម។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រលឹកឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន សាឃឿន បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងនៅភូមិចំបក់សរ ឃុំត្រីញ័រ ស្រុកពួក ខេត្ដសៀមរាប។
