On November 16, 1974, a Khmer communist, Ul Chor alias Cheng, came to defected to the authority in post of military defence commander Oudong -Lungvek. He was a deputy commander of Platoon 3, Company 3, Battalion 738 of Zone 304.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភា្ញក់រឮក ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុល ជ ហៅ ចេង បានចុះចូលសារភាពជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរនៅប៉ុស្ដិ៍បញ្ជាការសឹកការពារឧត្ដុង្គ-លង្វែក។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយ និស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ អ៊ុល ជ នេះជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាតូច លេខ៣ នៃកងអនុសេនាធំទី៣ កងវរៈលេខ៧៣៨ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគ ៣០៤។
