On January 7, 1974, Khmer Communist armed forces, transprted foodstuff and ammunition by using 15 ox carts from Prey Bang village at WT 130-900, Mebann village at WT 125-908 in Sithorn sub-district, Khsach Kandal district, Vihear Sour to hide at WT 065-893 in Vihear Suor sub-district, Khsach Kandal district, Vihear Sour.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ០៧ មករា ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួនប្រមាណ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធ្វើចលនាដឹកជញ្ជូនស្បៀង និងគ្រាប់ រំសេវតាមរទេះគោចំនួន១៥គ្រឿង ចេញពីភូមិព្រៃបាំង ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៣០-៩០០ ភូមិមេបាន់ ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១២៥-៩០៨ ក្នុងឃុំស៊ីធន ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល វិហារសួគ៌ យកមកលាក់ទុក ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៦៥-៨៩៣ ក្នុងឃុំវិហារសួគ៌ ស្រុកខ្សាច់ កណ្ដាល «វិហារសួគ៌»។
