On November 24, 1974, 10 Khmer defectors reported themselves to local authorities in Veang Khen at TA:
930-030, O Chrao district. They also brought along 6 weapons including 2 M-16, 3 carabines and AK-47 and 8 hand grenades.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឭកចំនួន ១០នាក់ រត់ចេញពីជួរខ្មាំងមកចូលសារភាពនៅវាំងខែន តេអាៈ៩៣០-០៣០ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ដោយមានយកអាវុធ ចំនួន៦ដើមមកផង គឺកាំ ភើ្លងអ៊ឹម១៦ចំនួន ២ដើម, ការ៉ាប៉ីន ៣ដើម អាកាការ៉ងសេត មួយដើម និងគ្រាប់បែកដៃចំនួន ៨គ្រាប់។
