Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Chann Sokh, 28 years old, deserted enemy Battalion 65 and defected to military authorities in Battalion 68 of Kampot-based sub-military region at VS 159-728. He also appealed to Khmer people in enemy territory to stop killing each other and return to national community.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ សុខ អាយុ២៨ឆ្នាំ បានរត់ចេញពីជួរខ្មាំងក្នុងកងវរៈ សេនាតូចលេខ៦៥ បានសុំមកចុះចូលនឹងកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៦៨ ផ្នែកសឹករងកំពត ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអេស ១៥៩-៧២៨ ហើយបានអំពាវ នាវអោយបងប្អូនខ្មែរក្រហមទាំងអស់ឈប់កាប់សម្លាប់គ្នា និងឱ្យវិលមករួបរួមនឹងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។
