This is the report on the activities of academic staffs and students in Phnom Penh. On March 06, 1974, academic staffs committee of primary and secondary education held a meeting, but was interfered by government. Monitor of providence high School, Ing Try, wrote an open letter saying that if the teachers refused to teach, they would ambush them. Later, the above person disappeared. These secondary education students were divided into 3 groups, these who opposed the government, those who support the government, and the neutrals who support the teachers to stop giving their lectures. the neutral had no chief or leader.
នេះជាសកម្មភាពរាយការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាពបុគ្គលិកសិក្សា និងនិស្សិតនៅ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ កាលពីថ្ងៃ៦ មីនា ១៩៧៤ គណៈកម្មាធិការបុគ្គលិក សិក្សាផ្នែកមធ្យម និងបឋមសិក្សាបានបើកការប្រជុំមួយតែត្រូវបាន រដ្ឋាភិបាលហាមឃាត់។ ប្រធាននិស្សិតវិទ្យាល័យប្រូវីដង់ស៍ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ីង ទី បានធ្វើលិខិតចំហរមួយថា បើគ្រូមិនព្រមចូលបង្រៀនទេ ពួកខ្លួន និងវាយពួកគ្រូទាំងនោះ។ បន្ទាប់មកឈ្មោះខាងលើត្រូវបាន បាត់ខ្លួន។ ក្នុងចំណោមសិស្សមធ្យមសិក្សាមានចែកជា៣ពួគ គឺពួកគាំ ទ្ររដ្ឋាភិបាល ពួកប្រឆាំងនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងពួកខ្សែកណ្ដាលដែល គាំទ្រពួកគ្រូធ្វើកូដកម្មឈប់បង្រៀនសិស្ស និងពួកកាន់ខាងខ្សែ កណ្ដាលនេះគ្មានប្រធានដឹកនាំទេ។
