On August 9-25 and September 8, 1974, 4 defectors including Ham Pauch,15 years old, Hing Huot,29 years old, Chhim Bun Hao, 20 years old, and Moeng keng, 20 years old, reported themselves to military authorities in Second Bureau of Pursat based sub-military region at UU 834-865, battalion 644 in Wat Luong at UU:758-825. They also brought along a Chinese PM rifle.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩-២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ និងថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានជនភ្ញាក់រឭក៤នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ហម ប៉ូច អាយុ១៥ឆ្នាំ ហីង ហួត អាយុ២៩ឆ្នាំ, ឈឹម ប៊ុនហោ អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ, ម៉ឹង កេង អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ បានមកសុំរួបរួមនឹងអាជ្ញាធរយើងនៅការិយាល័យទី២ ផ្នែកសឹករងពោធិ៍សាត់ អ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ៨៣៤-៨៦៥ និងនៅកងវរសេនា តូច៦៤៤ វត្ដលួង អ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ៧៥៨-៨២៥ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវ កាំភ្លើងប៉េអ៊ឹមចិនមួយដើមផង។
