On December 08, 1974, 10 Khmer Communist soldiers in company C-7, region 23, Samrong district, defected to the National Army at WT:901-311 in battalion 89, infantry brigade 4, and brought along two AK-47 rifles and one CKC rifle.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានក្រុមខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន ១០នាក់ នៅក្នុងកងអនុសេនាធំ គ-៧ នៃកងទ័ពប្រចាំស្រុកសំរោង ក្នុងតំបន់២៣ បានភ្ញាក់រឭកចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ យោធាជាតិក្នុងកងវរ សេនាតូចលេខ៨៩ នៃកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើង លេខ៤ នៅត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េៈ៩០១-៣១១ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយ នូវអាុធអាកា៤៧ ពីរដើម និងកាំភើ្លងសេកាសេមួយដើម។
