Lieutenant General Sosten Fenandes, a General in Chief and Chief of the Khmer National General Staff reported to the minister of council of the 2nd ministers that on December 10, 1974, two Khmer Communist soldiers in platoon 2, company 17, food stuff providing unit, reported themselves to the national military authorities in Prek Ta Makk, special military zone.
ឧត្ដមសេនីយឯក សុស្ដែន ហ្វែរណង់ដេស អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការ និងនាយ អគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេរជាតិ សូមជម្រាបមកលោករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីទទួល បន្ទុកទ្រីស្ដីការរដ្ឋមន្រី្ដទី១ និងមហាសាមគី្គជាតិអោយជ្រាប់ថាៈ កាលពី ថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២នាក់ បានភ្ញាក់រឭក ចូលសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធាភូមិភាគពិសេសនៅព្រែកតាមាក់។ ជនភ្ញាក់រឭកទាំងពីរនាក់នេះជា យុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងអនុសេនាតូចទី២ កង អនុសេនាធំ១៧ កងសម្រាប់ផ្ដល់ស្បៀង។
