On April 09, 1975, at 12:30am, the national police in front of calmete hospital captured Mr. Ream Yuosa, who he was having lunch. He was accused of involving with political issue and joining the secret meeting if academic staff representative committee. At that time, Pen Manil managed to escape and Chea Pa, the second deputy vice president was also invite by national police but he refuse to show up.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ មេសា ១៩៧៥ វេលាម៉េាង១២ៈ៣០នាទី ក្រុមនគរ បាលជាតិក្រុងនៅមុខពេទ្យកាល់ម៉ែត្រ បានចាប់លោក រាម យស្សា នៅពេលគាត់ចេញទៅហូបបាយថ្ងៃត្រង់។ ការចាប់ខ្លួននេះដោយសារ ជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធរឿងនយោបាយ និងការប្រជុំសម្ងាត់របស់គណៈ កម្មាធិការចម្រុះតំណាងបុគ្គលិកសិក្សា។ នៅពេលនោះដែលលោក ប៉ែន ម៉ានិល បាន គេចខ្លួនរួចចំណែកលោក ជា ប៉ា ជាអនុប្រធានទី២ បាន ទទួលលិខិតអពោ្ជីញពីនគរបាលជាតិដែរ តែលោកមិនព្រមចូលខ្លួន។
