According to X-001 source, on May 06, 1974, academic staffs decided to go on strike at academic building in Phnom Penh. Students and university students were also on strike by raising banner against the government, and high operating council of teachers. This strike led by Mr. Luch Soeun.
តាមប្រភពពត៌មាន អ៊ិច០០១ បានឱ្យដឹងថានៅថ្ងៃទី៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ នេះបុគ្គលិកសិក្សាបានសមេ្រចចិត្ដធ្វើកូដកម្មគ្រប់គ្រឹះ ស្ថានសិក្សាទាំង អស់នៅក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ចំណែកពួកនិស្សិត និងសិស្សក៏បានធ្វើកូដកម្មដែរ គឺធ្វើកូដកម្មដោយលើកបដាប្រឆាំង ដោយចំពោះ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល ឧត្ដមក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្ដិលោកគ្រូ និងអ្នកគ្រូដែលខ្ញុំ ធ្វើកូដកម្មរាុំរ៉ៃ។ ការធ្វើកូដកម្មរបស់សិស្ស និស្សិតនេះដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ឡុច សឿន។
