There was a secret meeting atterded by 12 people who were the chiefs of student from universities inthe city It was presided by Luch Soeun. This meeting was held on may 12, 1974, from 8:30 to 12:30, at Literature university.
មាការប្រជុំជាសម្ងាត់មួយដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រហែល១២នាក់ ជាប្រធាននិស្សិតមកពីគ្រប់មហាវិទ្យាល័យក្នុងក្រុង ដែលមានលោក ឡុច សឿន ជាប្រធានអង្គប្រជុំ។ ការប្រជុំសម្ងាត់នេះធ្វើឡើងនៅ ថ្ងៃទី១២ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ ចាប់ពីម៉េាង៨ៈ៣០នាទី ដល់ម៉េាង ១២ៈ៣០នាទី នៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យអក្សរសាស្ដ្រ។
