Ambassador Dean has cabled (Tab A) an interim report on the Status of the Mekong River convoy and the enemy situation along the river. He has included in it a warm praise for General Palmer and his MEDTC staff for their role in coordinating the U.S. side of the convoy program.
បណា្ដញឯកអគ្គរាជទូត ឌីន បានផ្ដល់របាយការណ៍ស្ដីទី ស្ដីពីស្ថានភាពនៃក្បូនដង្ហែទនេ្លមេគង្គ និងស្ថានភាពរបស់សត្រូវ នៅទីនោះ។ គាត់សូមកោតសរសើរចំពោះការចូលរួម របស់ ឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ ជាមមឺ និងសមាជិករបស់គាត់ក្នុងការជួយឱ្យមានក្បូននេះឡើង។
