Based on the report, it was known that on July 02, 1974 at 9:00 in Literature and Humanity University, chief of university student association distributed Le Mong newspaper to the students who were the members of this high school association. This distribution was carried out in a very secret way.
តាមសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍បានឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៩ នៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យអក្សរសាស្ដ្រ និងមនុស្សសាស្ដ្រ ប្រធាន សមាគមនិស្សិតមហាវិទ្យាល័យបានចែកអត្ថបទកាស្សែត ឡឺម៉ុង ដល់ពួកនិស្សិតដែលជាសមាជិកសមាគមវិទ្យាល័យនេះ។ ការចែក អត្ថបទកាសែតនេះធ្វើឡើងដោយសម្ងាត់បំផុត។
