On June 26, 1974, two Khmer communists commanders named Kang Hel and He Sa Roeun in platoon 45, company 11, who just escaped from the enemy region reported themselves to the National Army in infantry brigade 23.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ កង ហ៊ែល និងហេ សារឿន។ ជនទាំងពីរមានឋានៈជាមេ បញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំលេខ៤៥ និងកងអនុសេនាធំលេខ១១ បាន រត់ពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ចូលមកចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរក្នុងកងពលតូច ថើ្មរជើងទី២៣។
