On August 25, 1974, at 9:00am, 9 people fled from Chroy Russei (Sa Ang) commune to Samrong Thom sub-district (National Road 1). These people told that about 3,000 of enemies stationed at Chroy Russei commune. however, due to the constant attack of National Army, these enemies were transferred to Koh Anlong Chin to support them.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ សីហា ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៩ៈ០០ព្រឹក មានអ្នកស្រុក ៩នាក់ បានភៀសខ្លួនពីសង្កាត់ជ្រោយឫស្សី (ស្អាង) មកកាន់ឃុំ សំរោងធំ (ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១)។ អ្នកទាំង៩ បាននិយាយថា កាលពី មុនទ័ពខ្មាំងជាងបីពាន់នាក់នៅប្រចាំការជានិច្ចនៅឃុំជ្រោយឫស្សី តែដោយមានការ វាយប្រហារពីទាហានជាតិខ្លាំងពេកទើបខ្មាំង យកកម្លាំង៣,០០០នាក់ ដែលនៅជ្រោយឫស្សីមកកាន់កោះអន្លង់ចិន ដើម្បីជាជំនួយដល់ពួកវា។
