According to X-002 source, the smuggling of merchants that corrupted the national economy was conspired by the navy. The transportation of the smuggling goods were accompanied by chief, deputy chief, and soldier of navy to Ka-am Sanor, North Vietnamese border. It was estimated that this smuggling consecrations could earn upto 1,5 million to 2 million riel in one time.
តាមប្រភពព័ត៌មាន អ៊ិច០០២ បានឱ្យដឹងថាអំពើរត់ពន្ធបំផ្លាញ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិនៃពួកឈ្មួញដោយមាននាយទាហានខាងកងនាវាចរណ៍ ជាអ្នកសមគំនិត។ ការដឹកនាំរបស់របរត់ពន្ធទៅយួនខាងត្បូងត្រូវបាន នាយទាហាន នាយទាហានរង និងពលទាហានខាងកងនាវាចរ ជូនដំណើររហូតដល់ក្អមសំណរ ព្រំប្រទល់ដែនយួនខាងត្បូង។ តាមការប៉ាន់ស្មាន ការបើកដៃ និងការស៊ីឈ្នួលដឹករបស់រត់ពន្ធនៃ ទាហានទាំងនេះ បានទទួលប្រាក់ក្នុងមួយលើកៗយ៉ាងតិចពី ១,៥០០,០០០ ទៅ ២,០០០,០០០រៀល។
