បញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះសាស្រា្ដចារ្យ និងនិស្សិតគ្រប់វិទ្យាល័យទាំងអស់នៅ ក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដែលមានតួនាទីជាប្រធាន។ តាមប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានឱ្យ ដឹងថាលោក ឡុច សឿន មានគំនិតបំបាត់ស្ថាប័ណ្ណជាតិជួយជា កម្លាំងដល់ប្រជាជនប្រដាប់អាវុធ (ពួកយាមអ៊ីឡូត៍) និងមិនសុខចិត ្ដចរចាររកសន្ដិភាព។
