Base on reliable source it was known that Major Lieutenant Va Sam Ul, working in Division 1, and Master Sergeant Luch, working at Division 2 in materials providing section, secretly bought weapon AR-15 to sell to enemy. They used army jeep number 13212 to transfer the weapons.
តាមប្រភពព័ត៌មានច្បាស់លាស់មួយថា លោកអនុសេនីយ៍ត្រីឈ្មោះ វ៉ា សំអុល ធ្វើការនៅកងពលធំទី១ ព្រិន្ទបាលទោ ឡុច ធើ្វការនៅ ផ្នែកផ្ដល់សម្ភារកងពលធំទី២ ទាំងពីរនាក់ជាបងប្អូនថ្លៃ បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពសម្ងាត់ប្រមូលទិញកាំភ្លើងអាអ៊ែរ១៥ យកទៅលក់ឱ្យខ្មាំង ដោយប្រើឡានហ្ស៊ីបកងទ័ពពាក់ផ្លាកលេខ១៣២១២ សម្រាប់ជិះផ្ទាល់ ខ្លួន។
