Since December 03, 1973, the villagers of inner part of Angkanh and Prek Eng village escaped to Kbal Thnol, Phnom Penh. This escape was because the Liberation Army came to their villages and enemies intended to destroy National Road 1, in Phsa Prek Eng, in the future.
ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៣ អ្នកស្រុកនៅភូមិអង្កាញ់ និងភូមិព្រែកឯង ផ្នែកខាងក្នុងបានភៀសខ្លួនចេញមកកាន់ក្បាលថ្នល់ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ការភាសខ្លួននេះបណ្ដាលមកពីទ័ពរំដោះមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងភូមិរបស់ពួក គាត់ ហើយខ្មាំងប្រុងវាយប្រហារផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១ ម្ដុំផ្សារព្រែក ឯង ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនេះ។
