On April 12, 1975, Mr. speaker received the letter. its mean that as you and other member of congress were advised, in view of circumstances in Cambodia, the United States had certain confingency plans to utilize united states armed forces to assure the safe evacuation of U.S. nationals from that country on Friday, April 11, 1975, the Khmer Communists armed forces had ruptured government of the Khmer Republic (GKR) defensive lines to the North, Nothwest and East of Phnom Penh and were within mortar range of Pochentong Airfield and the outskirts of Phnom Penh.
នាថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា ១៩៧៥ លោក ស្ពិកខ័រ បានទទួលលិខិតមួយ ច្បាប់ដោយមានខ្លឹមសារថា រូបលោក និងសមាជិកនៃសមាជបានក្រើន រំលឹក, នូវទិន្នភាពជាស្ដែងនៅកម្ពុជា, សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានឱ្យប្រាកដថា ការប្រើប្រាស់កងកម្លាំងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកពិតជាធានាបាននូវសុវត្ថិភាព ក្នុងការជម្លៀសជនជាតិអាមេរិកចេញពីកម្ពុជា។
