On April 12, 1975, Mr President received a letter, it mean that: As you and other member of congress were advised, in view of Circumstances in Cambodia, the united states had certain contingency plans to utilize United States armed forces to assure the safe evacuation of U.S. nationals from that country.
នាថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា ១៩៧៥ លោកប្រធានាធិបតី បានទទួលលិខិតមួយ ច្បាប់ដោយមានខ្លឹមសារថា រូបលោក និងសមាជិកនៃសមាជបានក្រើន រំលឹក, នូវទិន្នភាពជាស្ដែងនៅកម្ពុជា, សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានឱ្យប្រាកដថា ការប្រើប្រាស់កងកម្លាំងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកពិតជាធានាបាននូវសុវត្ថិភាព ក្នុងការជម្លៀសជនជាតិអាមេរិកចេញពីកម្ពុជា។
