Embassy Bangkok reports that unconfirmal information indicates Sirik Matak, Pan Sothi, and several other ranking CKR officers are alleged in the hotel Phnom Penh. An alleged KC broadcast on April 18, announced the execution of Prime Minister Long Boret, and Information Minister Thong Houng.
