On confession of Ly Phal aka Thlang, soldier of Angkar from district 109, place of birth in Kampong Cham, Koh Sotin. father named Sreang, mather named Sim. First confession he lived in Phnom Penh with Hou Hang Seun, major general and a cousin had pharmacy in Pet Chen street, Tuol Tumpong.
អំពីចម្លើយ លី ផល ហៅ ថ្លាង យុវជនអង្គភាពឱ្យមកពីស្រុក ១០៩ កំណើតដើម កំពង់ចាម, កោះសូទិន។ «ពុកឈ្មោះ ស្រ៊ាង ម្ដាយ ឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹម។ ចម្លើយទី១ កាលពីដើមនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅជាមួយ ហ៊ូ ហង់ស៊ឹន ពាក់ផ្កាយ២ មានជីដូន១ម្នាក់លក់ថ្នាំពេទ្យ នៅផ្លូវពេទ្យចិន ទួលទំពូង។
